Hello and welcome to ImPAct PA. My name is Amanda, and I am the business owner of this remote working organisation. I provide virtual business support on an ‘as-and-when’ needed basis to enable businesses to focus on their growth and passion.

I can manage busy email inboxes, compile mail merges and company correspondence such as induction and training packages, put together PowerPoint presentations and any other general office administration to ensure your business runs smoothly.

Customer Support

I can assist you with HR administrative tasks such as compiling job adverts and profiles, short listing for interview, writing interview questions, producing induction packs and training packs and any other general HR admin you may not have time to do yourself.

Project Management

Do you have a team event to organise but don't know where to start?  What about corporate away days? I can arrange travel and hotel stays as well as booking events and sending out invitations.

Social Media Management

Maybe your company is new to social media and you would like a page set up for you or perhaps it's not your speciality or you don't have time for regular posts. I can manage your business social media pages to ensure it is viewed regularly by followers. My area of expertise is Facebook and Instagram, the two main social media platforms for business.

Do you need amazing copy researched and written for your blog or website and don't know where to start? Or do you need stats researched and don't have time?Or maybe just really boring data input that you you don't want to do yourself.

Personal Assistant

I can maintain your diary ensuring no clashes and actually leave you time to have a cup of coffee to yourself! I can filter your emails and phone calls on your behalf, arrange the purchase of corporate gifts or seasonal cards and gifts and generally help improve your time management.
